TAKE ACTION

VICTORY IN THE HOUSE! YOUR HELP NEEDED IN THE SENATE!

On January 28th, the House of Representatives passed the School Nutrition Bill and the Local Farm Products Bill -- two top priorities for MPHA!  Thank you to everyone who called, emailed, and visited your Representative.

But our work is not complete! Passage in the Senate is still needed and won't be easy.  Read our January Newsletter for complete information.

STATE BUDGET NEWS

Governor Patrick's budget released Wednesday contained moderate cuts to state public health programs. This budget begins to turn around from the deep cuts of the last 18 months, but nevertheless will cause more pain to Massachusetts families who are already struggling.  Read MPHA’s January Newsletter for more information.
